After all the changes and heartache this Spring semester has brought, it has also given me great new experiences and opportunities. Along with a new school, I have a new major, new close friends and a new place of residence-my parents house. On the subject of a new school-on one hand it is great to have new experiences, yes. But, I did that going to Hartt. It was a great experience, it was empowering and full of my own independence. However, now I have to start completely fresh. So there have been some extreme downers to this semester already, but what is getting me through are my plans for next years Spring semester. ITALY HERE I COME! I will finally be returning to where I left my heart. I am going to be studying photography at the Florence University of the Arts. The prospect of being able to photograph one of the most beautiful cities is the most exciting thing. I love many types of photography, but photographing what you love is the most rewarding. And I truly do love everything about the architecture, the history, the ancient crumbling, yet sustaining Italy in all its glory and triumph of ages. As I plan each detail of my travels abroad I will update via pictures and more.
